Refund policy

Our Policy We want you to be happy with your new frames. Acetate is pliable so if it's a fit issue consider making small adjustments at your optometrist. If they aren’t the right for you, you may return them within 7 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees. 

Prescription: Unfortunately we can't offer refunds on prescription as This Frameworks partners with a lab for prescription.  For this reason we ask that you please send your optometrist prescribed prescription. If you're uncertain if you'll like frames you can buy the frames first to try on and then send back to us for prescription or for return. Frames purchased with prescription are also final sale.

Periodically we transition out brands and offer brand sales. These brand sales are final sale. 

Cercle Square are exclusive numbered pieces (only 105 made of each) and because of this will only be considered for exchange and are non-refundable. 

Conditions for Return To be eligible for a return, frames must be:

• In new, unused condition.

• Free of any scratches, adjustments, or signs of wear.

• In their original packaging, including the case and cleaning cloth.

How to Start a Return Please email us at info@thisframeworks.com with your order number to initiate a return. Once your return is authorized, we will provide instructions on where to send your package.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned frames, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs and return shipping are non-refundable.
